Complete the appropriate forms for the following classes. Click on the x to access the forms, print out, and complete:

Submit completed registration materials and full payment. Class schedules and orientation packets will be sent to Kids on Campus and Discovering College participants. No confirmation will be sent to other program participants. Assume you are registered for the class and plan to attend the first session unless the college notifies you that the course has been canceled or filled.
