Courses will open for students on Monday, August 20. All courses with the Fall 2018 semester code (201840) will open on this date.
If your course is not student ready on the course open date, you can easily hide any content you don’t want students to view. For complete instructions on hiding content, please visit the Blackboard homepage, navigate to the Faculty Support tab and select “How to Hide Content”.
If you need to copy content from a previous semester, please visit the Blackboard homepage, navigate to the Faculty Support tab and select “How to Copy Content”.
For a list of currently supported browsers and a link to Blackboard’s browser checker, please visit the Blackboard homepage, navigate to the Faculty Support tab and select “Blackboard Supported Browsers” or “Blackboard Browser Checker”.
Over the Summer 2018 semester, the eLearning and Instructional Resources department have reorganized to better meet the needs of faculty, staff, and students. Greg and Richard will continue to focus on instructional design and pedagogy while Adam and Melissa will be responsible for technical support (both online and F2F) and faculty training with the new title "Instructional Design Technologist". Please see the "Instruction & Technology Support" document on the Faculty support tab for specific information. If you have questions regarding these changes, please reach out to us.
