Jacqueline S. JacksonVice President for Student Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness
Welcome to the Division of Student Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness
HCC is a student-centered and vibrant College dedicated to student success. We are committed to serving our students, the Harford County community, as well as our faculty, staff, and administration.
The Division of Student Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness (SAIE) takes pride in supporting the mission and vision of Harford and modeling its values of integrity, excellence, lifelong learning, diversity, service, innovation, sustainability, collaboration, and community. The SAIE staff, in partnership with faculty and administrators, is passionate about engaging with students to successfully address their academic, career, and personal needs.
SAIE programs and services, including intercollegiate athletics, are designed to broaden and deepen the student experience at Harford Community College and, more importantly, encourage our students on their journey of “self-discovery”. Our goal is to launch them on a lifelong journey of learning, service, and civic engagement.
The programming provided to students outside of the classroom extends learning to their daily lives and those with whom they connect, both personally and professionally. Further, the division coordinates campus-wide initiatives in research, planning, and effectiveness to support the ongoing growth and direction of the College.
I am excited to be part of a forward-thinking executive team and SAIE colleagues. My hope is that when you visit our beautiful campus, you will find the information you need to begin your journey to “imagine, discover, and innovate” at Harford Community College!
We welcome your comments and feedback.
