Question:

Where do I find my Financial Aid, Bill and Payment Information? 

Answer:

Look for the All About Me tab in the Owlnet Portal to find financial aid Bill and Payment information


Question:

Where do i find my grades, transcripts, degree planning and student resources?

Answer:

Look for the My Academic Life tab in the Owlnet Portal to find grades, transcripts, degree planning and student resources?


Question:

 Does my OwlMail username and password work for my OwlNet account?

Answer:

After you set-up your student account, your OwlNet username and password is the same for your Owlmail, and network accounts. If you need to access your SOLAR account, which uses a different security system with a different user name and password, please contact Registration and Records.



Question:

What is my email address?

Answer:

Your email address starts with your username, and ends with @owlmail.harford.edu. For example, if your username is jsmith5 then your email address will be jsmith5@owlmail.harford.edu


Question:

How do I set up my email and network account?

Answer:

Use the Account Setup Wizard to guide you through the steps of account creation. Once you have gone through this process you will be able to use your account to log into OwlNet and the HCC network.


Question:

I have forgotten my email and network password. How do I reset it?

Answer:

If you created a security question when you set up your account, you can reset it using the Reset Password page. If you can successfully answer the security question, you will be able to reset your password online. However, if you did not set up your security question, or if you have forgotten the answer to your security question, then you will have to contact the Help Desk 443-412-2477 opt 3.


Question:

Why don't I see the All about me tab or the My Academic life tab?

Answer:

If you have not been an active credit student in 14 months or more you have been moved to inactive student or if you have just applied as a credit student please give the system 6 hours to completely process account setup.
