Reiki Level I

Reiki is an energy practice that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Regular interaction with Reiki energy can improve health and enhance one's quality of life. It is simple and enjoyable to learn. Class sessions include practice in self-treatment and providing treatments for others. Students receive an attunement and a certificate as a Reiki Level I Practitioner. Self-Care and Relaxation

A course designed as half activity and half lecture. This will be a hands-on experience with self-care and stress management through the utilization of various types of mind body practices and other clinically proven relaxation techniques (autogenic, progressive muscle relaxation and more).
