Cycle X-Train

Not just a bike class! This class will incorporate indoor cycling with mixed terrain format along with athletic and strength conditioning moves off the bike for a complete workout. Indoor Cycling

An indoor ride designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning, endurance, and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout to awesome music! Senior Aquatic Wellness

Senior adults, as well as those who are medically referred, will learn the value of exercise in the water as a helpful tool for fitness and health and in reducing illness and physical concerns. Improve your levels of cardiovascular fitness and range of motion. Instruction in basic swimming skills, safety precautions, and how to monitor pulse rate will also be covered. Yoga – Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

This class is for anyone wishing to explore yoga for the first time or those who simply desire the benefit of practicing basic yoga poses to create a well-balanced mind and body. Students will be guided in a step-by-step method linking yoga poses (asanas) to breath (pranayama). Every class will begin with a warm up including breathing techniques, Sun or Moon Salutations, followed by poses to strengthen, balance and relax specific areas of the body, ending with meditation. Zumba

Zumba combines high-energy, motivating Latin and international music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is great for the body and mind. It is a feel-happy workout. Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms to the active older adult. It is easy to follow so everyone any age can do it and includes Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, and Rock and Roll. This program is guaranteed to provide you with a safe and effective total body workout! It's great for the mind, body, and soul. Same great music and moves, but a little slower pace and more time teaching the steps. Everyone in the county is welcome regardless of your fitness needs. Adult Stroke Mechanics

Swim Conditioning and Stroke Mechanics

Swimmers will get conditioned for their upcoming season while also working on stroke mechanics. Instructors will train the swimmers while pointing out technical flaws with the hopes of improving each stroke. Starts and turns will be worked on as well.
