English as a Second Language (ESL)

For foreign-born individuals 18 years of age or older who would like to improve their English communication skills, Harford Community College offers free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes made possible by a grant from the State of Maryland. Students will have the opportunity to improve their listening and speaking skills, reading and writing skills, and skills for everyday living.

In order to enroll in the January classes, it is necessary to attend a free advising session. Registration is not necessary; just walk in! For more information, call 443-412-2616.
