In the College’s annual Maryland Higher Education Commission Performance Accountability Report, MHEC recently lauded Harford’s 25.3% increase in the number of transfer degrees awarded – a key benchmark used by the Commission to measure the College’s success.

Harford Community College president Dr. Dianna G. Phillips was quoted in a Baltimore Sun article on the subject dated September 15, 2017, saying, “The results of the 2017 Performance Accountability Report reflect Harford Community College’s intentional focus on the completion agenda.
