Peter Franchot, Comptroller of Maryland, met with Dr. Dianna Phillips, President of Harford Community College, on September 15 for a tour of the College’s Edgewood Hall. The two-story, 34,000 square foot building is undergoing a comprehensive renovation that will include two additions totaling 6,500 square feet.
