Harford Community College history student Paule Audebert, who served as an HCC history intern at the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum during the summer 2017 term, was asked to present an informative talk there in early November about her research on Baltimore Clipper ships.

Harford Community College and FreeState ChalleNGe Academy Partner to Provide Workforce Career Training to Cadets

This fall, the FreeState ChalleNGe Academy, a program that offers at-risk adolescents an opportunity to change their future for the better, contracted with Harford Community College to provide career training for their fall 2017 cohort of 106 cadets. The goal of the program is to provide cadets, ages 16 to 18, with academic, job and life skills training with an emphasis on positive values in a structured environment. Training began in October of this year and will be completed in early December.
