Leadership
Harford Community College is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, appointed by the Governor of the State of Maryland.
The President of the College reports to the Board of Trustees. The Board adopts policies and provides broad oversight. The President implements the policies and establishes practices to implement Board policy. Employees and students have an opportunity for input on certain decisions that may have impact on them, through the Collegial Governance Process.
