Technology @ HCC
Computing & Technology Services (CTS) provides technology support
in Internet services, networking, telecommunications, microcomputer hardware and software
support for all academic and administrative computer users on campus.
If your computer keyboard malfunctions, or your hard drive crashes, chances are the help desk will send a CTS
technician to take care of you. CTS technicians install software, upgrade computers, troubleshoot hardware and
software problems and can offer some software applications support. If you need a CTS technician to look at your
computer, fill out a Track IT! work order request.
The Computing & Technology Services site will maintain an
index of fix-it-yourself topics covering a broad range of technically related issues.
Questions ranging from your browser to GroupWise errors are addressed in this helpful
