Drama

Be A Star  
Aspiring young actors and actresses will express themselves through improvisation, storytelling, theater, and concentration games while learning performance techniques and production skills. Students act out stories and small scenes leading to a final production of a short play in the last class. All students will be cast in the final play and will work together to create the set, props, and costumes.

Summer Dramatics  
Lights! Curtain! Act! In this dynamic theatre camp, students take center stage as they engage in the marvels of live theatre. During the course of this workshop, students act their way through a series of high energy drama games, improv, and scripted dialogue that they help write. What is more, the students learn the art of stage character make up and costume design! At the conclusion of camp, the students perform for family and friends. Don't let your child miss out on a week filled with excitement, fun, and discovery.

Young People's Theatre  
Young people interested in acting and theatre will gain instruction in basic stage movement, character development, concentration, voice projection, and character delivery. Students work as an ensemble to act out short skits, create dramatic situations, and perform a short play during the final class period. Students work together to use sound and visual stage effects and create basic scenery and props.
