Get ready to pass the PMP® or CAPM® Certification exam! Attending this 5-day exam prep class will fulfill the 35 hours of training required for you to sit for the exam. This class will prepare you to sit for the new PMP® exam aligned with the Fourth Edition PMBOK® Guide. The training provides a project manager with the information required to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting customers' expectations. Learn to prepare for the exam (understand certification criteria, and exam study techniques and strategies); clearly define project objectives and develop a project plan, work breakdown structure, schedule, and budget; manage project resources (leadership, communication, team building, and conflict resolution); analyze project risk (risk identification, evaluation, and response strategies); and monitor and control a project (establish project baselines, project performance measurement, and corrective actions).
