| CPR for Family & Friends |
The person you save may be someone you know. Children, grades 2 and up, will learn approved cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques in an age-appropriate format. Techniques will be practiced on adult, child, and infant mannequins. A "must" course if you babysit or are in a Scout program. Upon successful completion, an American Heart Association card will be awarded to each child. Adults must attend with their child if they are in grades 2 or 3. Course fee includes book and class completion card.

| First Aid for Kids |
Would you know what to do in an emergency? You may have to act on your own before an adult or medical help arrives. Be prepared; know when and how to call for help. Learn to act quickly if you become faced with a sudden illness, a burn, cuts, a knocked-out tooth, nosebleed, or choking. This course is taught by paramedical personnel and is a must for children left alone or in charge. Fee includes text and class completion card.

| Sitter Safety |
Prepare now to accept the responsibilities of babysitting. This course teaches valuable skills such as care and entertainment of the young child and marketing yourself as a babysitter. Students will earn First Aid and CPR certification. By Maryland law, a babysitter must be 13 years-of-age unless an adult is present. Course fee includes text, booklets, and certification cards. Students MUST be present at all classes. There are no make-ups.
