Spend 20 minutes of your lunch time working out a specific area of your body. Twenty minute blocks of time will work out your ab/core/back, legs/butt, or biceps/triceps. Specific schedule will be mailed to registered participants. Work a different area each week!

Golf Fundamentals  
Dave Correll, Head PGA Professional at Ruggles Golf Course, and Rik Bond, PGA Director of Golf at Aberdeen Proving Ground, have years of teaching and playing experience to help you learn and develop your golf game. Learn basic fundamentals such as grip, posture, stance, and alignment. Also, etiquette, terminology, and different shot techniques will be covered including full swing, pitching, chipping, putting, and bunker play. Exercises include body postures, deep relaxation, breath control, cleansing processes, and mental concentration. Bring a towel or mat for exercising. Level I offers a slower progression of very gentle warm-ups and postures with shorter holding periods for the beginner who is mainly interested in relaxation techniques and muscle toning.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating Latin and international music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba Gold  
Zumba Gold is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms to the active older adult. It is easy to follow so everyone any age can do it and includes Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, and Rock and Roll. This program is guaranteed to provide you with a safe and effective total body workout! It's great for the mind, body, and soul. Same great music and moves, but a little slower pace and more time teaching the steps. Everyone in the county is welcome regardless of your fitness needs. As with all fitness classes, it is recommended that you seek a physician's advice before starting an exercise program.

The Zumba Sentao workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strenthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!
