| Karuna Reiki Level I |
Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." Karuna Reiki® is a collection of energies which provide deep healing on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
During this session, students will be attuned to access the four Karuna Reiki® Level 1 Energies. Students will interact with the energies, to include chanting and toning; meditate with Archangels; and have a guided “Shadow Self” meditation. This class will be taught by a registered Karuna Reiki instructor using materials provided through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
Students will receive ICRT materials and The Book on Karuna Reiki®: Advanced Healing Energy for Our Evolving World by Laurelle Shanti Gaia.
The prerequisite for this class is certification as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher or a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner (also known as ART). Please provide a copy of your certificate at the time of the class.

| Reiki Level III |
Are you a certified Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner? Are you ready to move into a deeper Reiki practice on both a spiritual and healing level? Then you may be ready for the third level of Usui Reiki.
This class includes attunement to the first Usui Reiki Master energy, two guided meditations, discussions about healing philosophies and Practitioner ethics, and a demonstration of distance healing using crystal grids.
Upon completion of this class, students will be certified as Level III, or Master Practitioner in Usui Reiki.
The prerequisite for this class is to be certified as a Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, on or before February 14, 2012. Please provide a copy of your certificate at the time of the class.
