Don't be confused any longer by the filing system on your computer! Unravel the mystery of where files go after they are saved. Learn to save, locate, and reuse files as well as understand the role folders play in storing files. Topics include file management tasks such as copying, moving, renaming, deleting, restoring, and finding files. This class does not teach the basics of Windows. Introduction to Personal Computers  
Learn the basic skills needed to operate a computer and use commercial software packages that run in Microsoft Windows. Students receive an overview of Windows, word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and the Internet through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
