Excel Advanced Features  
This course is designed for students who have previously used Microsoft Excel and are comfortable with its basic and intermediate features. Students expand their knowledge by learning the advanced features of the software. Topics include creating pivot tables, creating a template, using advanced analysis features such as goal seek and scenario manager, inserting comments, embedding an Excel Chart into a PowerPoint slide, and importing a table into an Access table. Prerequisite: Excel 2010 Intermediate Features. Textbook and USB Flash Drive required. Senior adult and disabled retiree tuition waivers apply. Transcript available.

Excel Intermediate Features  
This course is designed for participants who have previously used Microsoft Excel and can create, edit, and print simple worksheets. Students will expand on basic concepts and techniques to create more complex workbooks. Topics include creating, modifying, and formatting charts; sorting table data; filtering a table; creating and running simple macros; creating hyperlinks; and sharing Excel files. Prerequisite: Excel 2010 QuickStart or Excel 2010 experience. Textbook and USB Flash Drive required. Senior adult and disabled retiree tuition waivers apply. Transcript available.

Excel QuickStart  
Microsoft's Excel is one of the most popular computer programs for reporting financial information because it quickly and accurately calculates numbers, eliminating the chance of calculating errors. This comprehensive course covers creating worksheets, formatting techniques, entering formulas, rearranging data within a worksheet, restructuring worksheets, constructing and copying formulas using relative and absolute references, using functions, using shortcut menus, hiding and unhiding columns and rows, placing a chart on a worksheet, and exploring additional formatting with graphic images.
