Nursing Applications
REGULAR ADMISSIONS
Use this application if you prefer the traditional progression of
nursing courses in fall and spring semesters. Summer attendance is not
required.
LPN TO RN ADMISSIONS
Use this application only if you are a license practical nurse (LPN)
seeking to complete your associate’s degree and attain RN licensure. You
MUST be an LPN to use this application.
