Rites of Passage Mentoring (ROP)

443-412-2224

Working Together To Promote Academic Success

Would you like...

  • One-on-one guidance and support with a caring College employee to assist with your education and career goals?

  • To have fun and participate in social and cultural activities?

  • The opportunity to improve your academic success?

If you answered YES to the above questions, ROP is for you.

ROP is a mentoring program designed for first-time, full-time minority students. College employees serve as mentors to assist students with attaining academic and career goals. In addition, students and mentors participate in free social and cultural events sponsored by the College.  While some of the program activities draw upon the African American experience, this program is open to all students, regardless of ethnicity.
