Mailboxes: Mailboxes are in M20 and are updated each semester, or as needed; please remember to pick
up your mail when on campus.
E-Mail: Once you set up with a network/Group Wise logon, it does not change. If you do not have one yet, please let Jo Ann Day know and we’ll provide it. You can set up your GroupWise email to forward to another email account if you like. Instructions
M20 Workroom: There is a Xerox copier/printer, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and many office supplies in the workroom. Please feel free to use any and all. If you notice supplies are running low, please let Jo Ann know. The code to the Xerox is 1390.

Go to your internet browser, and type in the following URL (or click):http://docushare.harford.edu No password is needed.
Double click on HCC Credit Course Materials.
Double click on the
desired course. For example: Nursing - N105
Double click on the desired file. For example: Clinical Forms
A dialog box will open and ask if you want to open the file, save it or cancel. If you open the field, you can look at it and can also save it to your hard drive or storage device using the command “save as”.
A folder has been created for you titled NURSING PROGRAM CLINICAL FACULTY. In this folder, you should find forms and information helpful to you in your role.
