Benefits
Harford Community College provides a total
compensation package which includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits
program for its eligible full-time employees*. The benefits program
helps to enhance employee morale and productivity and helps to attract and
retain quality personnel.
Health-Related Benefits
The College offers health-related benefits on
a shared participation basis, with the College contributing approximately
85% of premium costs. A flexible spending account (FSA) option is also
available to employees. All health-related benefits are offered on a
pre-tax basis.

Life insurance and long-term disability
insurance are provided for all eligible employees and are 100%
employer-paid.
