Harford Community College provides a total
compensation package which includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits
program for its eligible full-time employees*. The benefits program

The College offers health-related benefits on
a shared participation basis, with the College contributing approximately
85% of premium costs. A flexible spending account (FSA) option is also

times annual salary)

participation to its eligible employees. Certain employees may also be
