Provides maintenance
support to College facilities, including satellite locations.
Duties include, but are not limited to, responding to work
orders received through the College's electronic system;
monitoring and general maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and
electrical equipment; monitoring energy management system to
maintain proper settings; inspecting and organizing and
performing scheduled maintenance tasks for assigned
building's facilities, equipment and systems; and performing
other duties as assigned by the supervisor. |
