Starting Salary Range:  $37,079 - $44,495

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HCC is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to provide computer and  technology support to the students, faculty, and staff of HCC. Duties include, but are not limited to, responding to helpdesk calls and resolving work orders; managing and maintaining workstation software; installing and configuring all technology related campus computer operations, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

This is an exempt, professional staff position.

REQUIREMENTS: An associates degree in information systems or a related discipline and three years of experience are required, including analysis and installation of computer hardware and software and A/V hardware and software; helpdesk support; virus and malware detection and removal; scripting language experience (Batch, VBS, Powershell, etc.); and desktop image creation and deployment.  Candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and have strong verbal and written communication skills and  customer service skills.
