HCC is seeking an
experienced nurse to support students in the College's Nursing
Skills Lab & Simulation Center. The lab assistant will
assist students with their practice of psychomotor skills;
perform preparation and clean-up for scheduled lab classes;
assist nursing faculty with scheduled labs and simulation labs
as needed; establish and maintain student lab files; and
maintain lab and equipment including laundry and cleaning
of mannequins and simulators. The lab assistant also
assists with semi-annual and annual equipment and supplies
inventory, and performs other
duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work schedule is
approximately 10 hours per week,
weekends and weekday evenings.
