The
Registrar plans, organizes, directs, staffs, evaluates, and
continually improves the credit registration and records
function of the College. The registrar is responsible for
the integrity of academic and student information, including
handling, storage, and disposal of permanent, confidential and
official student records.
Responsibilities include overseeing the College's student
information system (Banner) as it pertains to student records
and registration; ensuring FERPA compliance; administering grade
processing; supervising the coordination and evaluation of
graduation applications; developing and administering the credit
evaluation process; supervising and evaluating staff; developing
and writing reports for internal and external entities; and
performs other duties as assigned.
This
is an exempt, administrator position. |
