Assistant Coach - Men's Basketball

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help the HCC Fighting Owls "take it to the hoop!"  The assistant coach assists the head coach in recruiting student athletes, organizing and conducting practices, driving student-athletes to competitions, and performing other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.  Two years basketball coaching experience or playing basketball at the collegiate level required.  Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be at least 25 years of age in order to drive college vehicles due to insurance regulations.  CPR/First Aid and AED certification strongly encouraged.  Prior playing experience a plus.  Preference will be given to candidates familiar with NJCAA and Maryland JUCO guidelines and policies.
