Registration and Records Specialist
(Part-time)
Starting salary range:  $15.61 - $17.69 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The specialist provides support to the College's Office of Registration and Records.  Duties include, but are not limited to, database management; processing academic appeals and grade changes; assisting with transfer evaluations, graduation audits, and the nursing program application process; data entry; assisting students and other customers; and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

Work schedule is up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed, to be determined by the supervisor. 
 

 
 REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

Bachelor's degree and three years of related student services experience required.  Candidates must be proficient in a Windows-based PC environment, with intermediate/advanced level MS Word, Excel, and Access preferred.  The position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
