RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support for the Susquehanna Human Resources Association (SHRA), in residence at Harford Community College.  Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with creating marketing plans, including through social media; making arrangements for meetings, including venue, catering, and other details; making travel accommodations; communicating with SHRA members; and performing other duties as assigned.

Work is schedule is generally two to three hours per week, but additional hours may be required at peak times.  Attendance at four early morning meetings per year is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

An associate's degree and three years of related administrative and customer service experience are required.  Applicants must be proficient in a Windows-based computer environment and have strong MS Word, Internet, and e-mail skills; be able to interact with members and visitors in a professional manner; and be able to handle cash/check payments at events. 

Any offer of employment at Harford Community College is contingent upon the results of a mandatory background screening.  Employees must submit within 30 days of hire official transcripts of all degrees earned.
