Payment Schedule
Registration for winter and spring will open November 1, 2020. Once you register for a course, you are responsible for payment. Tuition for winter classes is due by December 7 and tuition for spring classes is due by January 11. Students should check their payment status at OwlNet > All About Me > My Bill-Payment Plan > My Bill to ensure proper payment has been credited.
Payment Plans
In an effort to help alleviate the burden of paying tuition all at one time, Harford Community College offers the Nelnet payment plan. This allows all registered credit students who have a balance due of more than $300 to make payments in multiple installments for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. To sign up you must have a credit card, debit card, or bank account for automatic withdrawals.

To set up a payment plan, complete an online application and follow six easy steps. There is a $35 fee per semester for processing and a $30 fee for returned payments. Payments are due and processed on the 5th of each month. All down payments are processed immediately. To change your plan after it is set up, call Nelnet at 1.800.609.8056.
