Harford uses the latest technology to support learning and teaching. The College currently boasts a wireless network and offers several hundred classroom networked PCs and Macs. HCC is one of the few community colleges in Maryland to offer 100% wireless capability. Classes are also offered online to give students greater flexibility.

Because of strong state and local government financial support, Harford can keep its tuition and fees far below the cost of four-year schools. HCC is also accredited by the Middle States Association Commission on Higher Education. Harford credits will transfer to most accredited colleges and universities in the country.
