Harford Community College established the President’s Circle to recognize donors who have contributed at least $1,000* in a single fiscal year (July-June). As a member of this select group, you will be helping students achieve their dreams and prepare them to be future members of the workforce. Higher education is life-changing – without the help of generous donors like you, many students would not be able to pursue a college education. We invite you to join us in this initiative. Yes; you may select one of the following options:

Unrestricted funds - your gift funds Harford Community College's most pressing needs
Existing scholarships
Establish a new, name annual scholarship

Is My Gift Tax-Deductible?

In most cases, your gift to the Harford Community College Foundation is 100% tax deductible. Be sure to check with your tax advisor.

Why is My Gift Needed?

Your contribution enables students to attend Harford Community College, earn a degree, and improve the quality of life in their communities. Your help is needed now more than ever:

Costs of higher education continue to increase
Need for scholarships & grants has reached an all-time high
Some form of aid is awarded to 34% of our students
Enrollment continues to rise – up approximately 25% in last five years
