Copy Center

The HCC Copy Center provides duplication and printing services for the campus. It is located on the lower level of the Student Center (443-412-2351). Transparencies, posters, binding and booklet making services are also available.

Submitting Materials

Documents must be submitted with a completed Duplication Request Form, available in the copy center, which must include an accurate cost center number. Microsoft Office compatible files may also be submitted directly to the copy center as e-mail attachments.

When submitting jobs electronically, specify all duplication request information in the e-mail message that accompanies the attachment. It may be helpful to use a duplication request form as a guide so that all necessary information is conveyed. Please include a phone number where you can be reached if further clarification is necessary. Make sure to specify whether you want your documents delivered to your building or you will be picking them up at the Copy Center.

On-campus users
Should submit files using Groupwise to Copy Center.

Off-campus users
should submit files to copycenter@harford.edu.
