Request Transcript Instructions

Harford Community College offers official transcripts to students enrolled in noncredit workforce training and other courses (course description will indicate "Transcript Available"). This transcript is similar to the credit course transcript currently available through the College. It will indicate the name of the course, start and end dates, contact hours and the number of continuing education units earned.

Letter grades are not awarded. " CO" will appear on the transcript to indicate the student successfully completed the course. Successful completion is defined as attending a minimum of 70% of the course and/or meeting other requirements as identified by the instructor. Only courses that were successfully completed will be listed on the transcript. Noncredit courses completed prior to July 5, 2000 will not appear.

Transcripts may be issued directly to the student or may be sent to a third party, such as an employer. A REQUEST FOR A TRANSCRIPT SHOULD BE MADE AFTER THE COURSE HAS CONCLUDED.

To request a transcript, submit your request online via HCC's Student OnLine Access to Resources (SOLAR) system.

You may also request a transcript by downloading a Noncredit Transcript Request form or by contacting or visiting the Continuing Education and Training Office to request a form. Completed forms may be returned by mail or fax.
