Application Requirements for Admission

• A completed registration form
• A current email address

  Complete the following forms:
  
       New Clinical Affiliate Summary Sheet
       Clinical Facility Fact Sheet
       HCC/Histotechnology Affiliation Agreement
       Clinical Mentor Contact Information
   

• Copies of high school/college transcripts showing completion of biology, chemistry and math (unofficial transcripts are accepted)
• Payment (check, credit card, purchase order):
  Make check payable to Harford Community College; cost is $4495.

Students have two options for registration and payment:

Option 1:

Students may sign up for the entire program using just one course number. The cost for using this option is $4495.  Use the course number listed in the Noncredit Schedule of Classes for your registration.

Option 2:

Students may register for the course, pay ¼ down, and have the remaining balance spread over 4 monthly payments. The cost for this service is a one-time charge of $25. There is no interest due. To use this payment plan, please fill out the FACTS Tuition Payment Form and send it in with your registration and ¼ of your tuition. Use the course number listed in the Noncredit Schedule of Classes.

Note:
Laboratories who register more than one student at a time will get a discount rate if they register students for the entire course. Please contact us at 443-412-2498 or htonline@harford.edu  for directions on how to obtain this multi-student discount.
