Harford Community College practices an open door policy of enrollment.
Students are enrolled at the College without regard to race, color, religion,
sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any other
characteristic protected by law. Some restrictions exist for applicants who are
currently enrolled in high school, are under 16 years of age, or are not U.S.
citizens. The College prohibits the enrollment of individuals listed on the
National or Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services Sex
Offender Registry or with the Harford County Child Advocacy Unit.
