Scholarships

Harford Community College now has an Online Scholarship Application!

Students must submit the application online in order to be considered for any  HCC Scholarships.

All applicants should verify individual scholarship requirements and fill out the on-line application through their Student OwlNet Account.  Incomplete application packages will not be considered. Some special scholarships require letters of recommendation, a personal interview, or are submitted directly to the donor.

Many of the scholarships and grants offered at HCC are funded by local organizations, individuals, the Harford Community College Foundation, Inc., other foundations, businesses and corporations. Scholarship criteria or the availability of scholarships/grants is subject to change. Students are notified via the award letter or the emailed revised award letter if they have been selected for a scholarship.  If you are unsure of a particular scholarship requirement or have questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 443-412-2257 with any questions.

Philanthropic gifts, including annual and endowed scholarships and grants, are made available through the Harford Community College Foundation, Inc.
