If you are a foreign-born adult 18 years of age or older (NOT an F1 or J1 Visa holder) NOT currently enrolled in high school and would like to improve your English communication skills, the English as a Second Language (ESL) program can assist you. You will have the opportunity to improve your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. To enroll, perspective students must attend a free advising session listed below. Please call Chelsea Reeder at 443-412-2152 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an advising session.
The advising session will start promptly at the scheduled time. Persons who arrive late may have to reschedule their advising session. Former ESL students must also enroll in classes by calling 443-412-2152.
The ESL program is supported by federal and state funds granted by the Maryland Department of Labor.
