Morgan State University Choir Performance

Harford Community College, in partnership with
the Harford County Branch of the NAACP, presented the
internationally renowned Morgan State University Choir on October
13, in the Amoss Center in Bel Air.
Approximately two hundred people enjoyed the choir’s
performance, under the direction of Dr. Eric Conway. One of the nation’s most prestigious university choral
ensembles, the Morgan State University choir has performed all over
the world.
The concert was one of the events planned to
help celebrate the College’s 50th anniversary year.
Proceeds from this event benefited the HCC Foundation, Inc.,
Scholarship Fund.
This tour engagement of the Morgan State Choir was
funded through Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation’s Mid Atlantic Tours
program in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts
Regional Touring Program and the Maryland State Arts Council’s
American Masterpieces program.
